Our journey began back in 2012 with a simple but ambitious dream: to create a space where everyone feels like a regular. That dream became BRESOLA our flagship Italian kitchen on Catchick Street. For over a decade, Bresola has been our heart and soul—a place where we serve generous plates of comfort food, use only the freshest ingredients, and treat every guest like an old friend.

But our story doesn't stop at one restaurant. Friends Concepts was born out of the belief that great hospitality isn't just about feeding people; it's about connecting them.

Today, we are proud of our roots in Hong Kong’s vibrant dining scene, but we are just getting started. As we look to the future, Friends Concepts is growing. We are excited to expand our family, bringing new culinary concepts and fresh flavors to the city we love.
